DISCUSSION
During the Arts and Culture Advisory Commission (ACAC) meeting held on January 18, 2024, Commissioner Dennis proposed investigating the feasibility of implementing a phased payment framework for future City sponsored art projects.
All contract terms and conditions are reviewed and approved by the City Attorney.
Staff submitted a Legal Services Request for review of the city’s payment and commission terms and the ACAC’s request to review an alternative structure. Staff will provide a report upon completion of the City Attorney’s review and opinion.
