The attached Resolution rescinds the prior policy adopted on March 16, 2026, and allows for City Council to further consider additional language for this policy. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving Resolution 2026-18, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Merced, California, Rescinding Resolution No. 2026-17 and Establishing Inspection Procedures for Multi-Unit Substandard Buildings Policy; and, B.
