REPORT IN BRIEF 
The Political Reform Act requires every local government agency review its conflict-of-interest code biennially with the code reviewing body (City Council) notifying agencies and special districts within its jurisdiction to review their conflict-of-interest codes. 

RECOMMENDATION 
City Council - Adopt a motion directing staff to begin an initial review of the City’s conflict of interest codes and to file the Biennial Notice with the City Council no later than October 1, 2026.</description><pubDate>Thu, 11 Jun 2026 17:10:04 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
