RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Adopting Resolution 2026-26, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Merced, California, adopting a list of projects for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 funded by SB1: The Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017; and, B.
