Waiving the City’s competitive bid requirements for purchases necessary for standardization on particular type of equipment as stated in Section 3.04.210 of the Merced Municipal Code; and, B. Approving the agreement with Central Square including future professional services contract amendments up to 10% of the total contract amount; and, C.
