RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Adopting Resolution 2026-32, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Merced, California, calling a General Municipal Election for the election of three members of the City Council at the General Municipal Election to be held on November 3, 2026; and, B.
