RECOMMENDATION City Council - A. Re-open and conduct the Public Hearing to receive any final public input regarding the Draft 2021 Annual Action Plan; and, B. Provide direction to staff regarding any final changes to be made to any part of the Draft 2021 Annual Action Plan; and, And, Adopt a Motion: C.
