RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Awarding a bid for B Street Improvements Childs Avenue to East 15th Street, Project No. 120044, 121057, 121058, to Rolfe Construction Inc in the amount of $3,874,212.95; and, B. Approving the use of pooled cash until reimbursement is received from the Richman Group and AHSC; and, C.
