RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving the Lease Agreement between the General Services Administration and City of Merced, in form; and, B. Authorizing the City Manager and City Attorney to make changes to the Lease Agreement without changing the base rates in the Agreement; and, C.
