RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving a Services Agreement with Central Valley Lawnscapes in the annual amount of $413,530.48, to provide landscape maintenance services at various Maintenance Districts through June 30, 2027, with the option to extend through June 30, 2029; and, B.
