RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Adopting Resolution 2022-28, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Merced, California, approving Federal-Aid Projects Program Supplement Agreement No. F029 Rev. 1; and, B. Awarding the CMAQ John Muir Sidewalk Project 119042 to Avison Construction, Inc., in the amount of $898,832.00; and, C. Authorizing the City Manager or Deputy City Manager to execute the necessary documents and to approve change orders not to exceed 10% of the total contract; and, D.
