RECOMMENDATION City Council - A. Conduct a public hearing to receive public comment regarding the Draft 2021 Annual Action Plan and proposed expenditure of CDBG, HOME, and other funds for Fiscal Year 2021-2022; and, B. Provide comment, if any, on staff recommendations for the distribution of projects, goals, and objectives, and allocation of funding in the Draft 2021 Annual Action Plan; and, C.
