REPORT IN BRIEF 
Considers the approval of Final Map #5392 for 32 single-family lots, generally located south of Gerard Avenue, west of M Street, and the Subdivision Agreement for Cypress Terrace 7, Phase E.

RECOMMENDATION 
City Council - Adopt a motion:

A.  Approving Resolution 2022-02, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Merced, California, approving the Final Subdivision Map for the Cypress Terrace 7, Phase E Subdivision (#5392); and,

B.  Approving the Subdivision Agreement for Cypress Terrace 7, Phase E; and,
