Review, discuss, and approve fiscal year 2024/2025 Community Funding requests as recommended by the City Council Budget Subcommittee.
RECOMMENDATION
City Council - Adopt a motion:
A. Approving the City Council Budget Subcommittee recommendations for fiscal year 2024/2025 Community Funding; and,
B. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the necessary documents; and,
C. Authorizing the Finance Officer to make the necessary budget adjustments.

DISCUSSION
The City Council adopted FY 2024/2025 budget included $50,000 for community funding. City Manager staff issued a Request for Proposal on June 6, 2024, to allow non-profit groups based in the city of Merced to submit funding requests in support of City Council's adopted FY 24/25 Goals and Priorities. Requests were due to the City by June 27, 2024. Below is a summarization of the funding requests received.
