City Council - Adopt a motion approving the City Council FY 2025/26 Goals and Priorities to include Fiscal Stability, Public Safety, Future Planning, Economic Development, Pedestrian Safety, Affordable Housing, Capital Projects, Governance, and Parks & Community Services.

DISCUSSION

On January 28th and 30th, and February 6th, the City Council held Town Hall meetings to gather input from the community regarding the upcoming FY 2025/26 Budget and City Workplan. Following the Town Halls, the City Council convened a Strategic Planning Session on February 15th to review and discuss a range of key topics.

 

Attached for the City Council’s consideration are the proposed Goals and Priorities identified during the Strategic Planning Session. Once adopted, staff will begin implementation efforts and work to ensure alignment with the established goals and timeline.
