DISCUSSION
During the June 17, 2024, City Council meeting, Staff presented and City Council discussed proposed changes and updates to the Ethics and Code of Conduct Resolution, including whether to continue various public participation methods. City Council voted on each proposed change individually but did not vote to adopt the resolution as amended. Therefore, Staff is presenting the final Resolution for consideration, including the amendments City Council approved during the June 17, 2024 Council meeting.
