REPORT IN BRIEF
Considers awarding a Construction Contract to Redstone Construction, Inc. in the amount of $1,623,016 for the CMAQ Multi-Use Pathway on Childs Ave Project.

RECOMMENDATION
City Council - Adopt a motion:

A. Awarding the CMAQ Multi-Use Pathway on Childs Ave, Project CP220063 to Redstone Construction, Inc., in the amount of $1,623,016; and,

B. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the necessary documents and to approve change orders not to exceed 10% of the total contract; and,

C. Authorizing the Finance Officer authorization to make necessary budget adjustments.
