DISCUSSION
Staff will provide a status update on the City Council's 2025 Goals and Priorities to support preparation for the Council's 2026 goal-setting session on January 31, 2026. In addition, staff will review department Missions, Goals, and Objectives to highlight key priorities in preparation of the development of the Council’s 2026-27 Goals and Priorities.
Additionally, staff is providing Draft CIP requests for 2026-27 and information on current Road Projects.
