REPORT IN BRIEF
Considers awarding a Construction Contract to T&S Intermodal Maintenance, Inc. DBA T&S West, in the amount of $458,350 for the Regional Park Restrooms Project.

RECOMMENDATION
City Council - Adopt a motion:

A. Awarding the Regional Park Restroom, Project No. CP220013 to T&S Intermodal Maintenance, Inc. DBA T&S West, in the amount of $458,350; and,

B. Authorizing the City Manager or Deputy City Manager to execute the necessary documents and to approve change orders not to exceed 10% of the total contract.

DISCUSSION
Regional Park Restrooms

The restrooms at Rahilly and McNamara Parks are currently in poor condition and need replacing. Per city council direction, Project No. CP220013 is designed to install new single stall restrooms for the public. City Council identified the restroom facilities at the parks as a priority project.


History and Past Actions

This project originally included the 5 restrooms: Transient Pilot Restroom (Airport), as well as Rahilly, McNamara, Fahrens, and Applegate Parks. The project numbers 122013/122026 were previously advertised June 2022 with two bids received on Aug 6...
