Approval to waive the competitive bid process to allow for the cooperative purchase with competitively bid contracts; (State of California Cooperative Agreement Software VAR #7-16-70-37, Monterey County Office of Education CALSAVE #530067, State of Utah Cooperative Online Marketplace Contract MA3458, and Sourcewell Contract #081419) with CDW-G in a not to exceed amount of $180,000 in Fiscal Year 2021/2022
RECOMMENDATION
City Council - Adopt a motion:
A. Approving to waive the competitive bidding requirements due to piggybacking; and,
B. Approving the State of California Cooperative Agreement Software VAR #7-16-70-37; and,
C. Approving the Monterey County Office of Education CALSAVE agreement #530067; and,
D. Approving the State of Utah cooperative online marketplace contract MA3458; and,
E. Approving the Sourcewell contract #081419; and,
F. Authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute the necessary documents; and,
G. Authorizing the Finance Officer to make necessary budget adjustments; and,
H. Authorizing the purchase of $180,000 of goods through CDW-G.

2. Approve, subject to conditions as specified by the City Council; or,
3. Deny the request; or,
4. Refer back to staff for reconsideration of specific items as requested by the Council;
