AUTHORITY
Pursuant to the authority delegated to the City Manager on behalf of the City by Article XI, Section 1109, of the Merced City Charter to execute Public Works contracts under the adjusted FY 2025-2026 threshold of $87,278, and Chapter 3.04.080 - 3.04.110 of the Merced Municipal Code to execute Non-Public Works contracts under the adjusted FY 2025-2026 threshold of $39,000, the contracts listed on the attached table were entered into by the City.
