RECOMMENDATION
Provide direction to staff to make the revisions to the Ordinance regarding the meeting time and frequency.

DISCUSSION
The Regional Airport Authority was created under Chapter 2.31 of the Merced Municipal Code. Currently, the Regional Airport Authority (RAA) meets on the Third Tuesday of every month at 7:00 PM. Currently, the City Council and other boards and commissions have a start time of 6:00 PM or earlier.
The RAA may also want to consider meeting every other month rather than every month. Currently, the Arts and Culture Advisory Commission meets on every odd-number month. The RAA may want to follow the meeting frequency pattern as the Art and Culture Advisory Commission. If additional meetings are needed, with proper notice, meetings may be called.
