Considers approving the agreement for use of City right-of-way with Mainzer OB, LLC for a Grease Interceptor, including necessary plumbing, and Overhead Signage on N Street.
RECOMMENDATION
City Council - Adopt a motion approving the agreement for use of City right-of-way with the Mainzer OB, LLC; and, authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute the necessary documents.

DISCUSSION
Mainzer OB, LLC (Mainzer) has finished constructing/renovating the Mainzer Theater located at 655 W. Main Street. The project is located on the northeast corner of Main Street and N Street. The Mainzer installed a grease interceptor with associated plumbing and had an existing overhead sign to which they desire to enter into a Right of Way with the City of Merced.
Mainzer has provided the necessary insurance requirement and the Agreement is now subject to City Council approval.
IMPACT ON CITY RESOURCES
No appropriation of funds is needed.
