Considers approving a First Amendment to Agreement for Supplies and Service with Ward Bros. Office Furniture, Inc. extending the term of the agreement.
RECOMMENDATION
City Council - Adopt a motion:
A. Approving First Amendment to Agreement for Supplies and Services with Ward Bros. Office Furniture extending the term to September 30,2022; and,
B. Authorizing the City Manager or Deputy City Manager to execute any necessary contracts or documents.

CITY COUNCIL PRIORITIES
As provided for in the 2021-22 Adopted Budget.
DISCUSSION
On August 16, 2021, the City Council approved a supplies and services agreement in the amount of $65,920.87 plus 10% contingency with Ward Bros. Office Furniture Inc. for the purchase of office furniture for the Finance Department. The agreement included a term of 8/16/2021-1/31/2022. The furniture was ordered several months ago but due to supply and demand issues Ward has yet to receive several of the office pieces which are on back order. The First Amendment simply extends the term of the agreement to September 30, 2022.
IMPACT ON CITY RESOURCES
No additional funding is needed for the First Amendment to the Agreement
