DISCUSSION
At the request of the City Council, an item was prepared summarizing the business outreach efforts of Giftbar in 2020, the community outreach efforts related to the American Rescue Plan Act allocation in 2021, and the options that staff will utilize going forward when requested to engage with the community for future input.
