Staff recommends that this item be continued to the City Council meeting of October 6, 2025, to allow for additional review.  The applicant has been notified and concurs.  The public hearing will be opened, then continued to the City Council meeting of October 6, 2025. 

 

RECOMMENDATION

The City Council open the public hearing, then adopt a motion to continue this item to the City Council meeting of October 6, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, in the City Council of Chambers.
