Considers awarding a construction contract in the amount of $558,883.00 to Agee Construction Corporation for Project No. 117038 - V Street Improvements 16th Street to 18th Street funded Measure V and RSTP.
RECOMMENDATION
City Council - Adopt a motion:
A. Awarding a bid for V Street Improvements 16th Street to 18th Street, Project No. 117038, to Agee Construction Corporation in the amount of $558,883.00; and,
B. Authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute the necessary documents and to approve change orders not to exceed 10% of the total contract.

DISCUSSION
The work to be done consists of the removal of 15-inches of existing roadway and installation of a 3-inch asphalt concrete over 12" of Full Depth Reclamation (FDR).
