RECOMMENDATION
Approve the New Job Description for the Position of Lead Recreation and Field Facility Worker and Revised Job Revised Job Descriptions of Water Distribution Operator I-II-III and Water Systems Operator.

DISCUSSION
The 2026/2027 fiscal year budget added the new position of Lead Recreation and Field Facility Worker. This position will serve in a lead capacity over the ball field maintenance division of the Parks and Recreation Department. The position was added to provide leadership for the temporary recreation staff that currently maintains all of the City ball fields.
The Water Distribution Operator I-II-III and Water Systems Operator are being updated in order to bring the job descriptions in compliance with the new titles of the licenses needed to serve in the positions.
All three positions have been approved by the Directors of the respective departments, along with the MACE Union.
