RECOMMENDATION
City Council - Adopt a motion approving Professional Services Agreements with Goodwin Consulting Group, Inc. to prepare the Rate and Method of Apportionment for Community Facilities Annexations Numbers 18, 19, and 20 in the amounts of $7,000, $9,000, and $7,000 respectively, and authorizing the City Manager or Deputy City Manager to execute the necessary documents.

DISCUSSION
Goodwin Consulting Group has provided ongoing services to prepare the Rate and Method of Apportionment (RMA) for Community Facilities District (CFD) annexations since the City's initial formation in 2003. The RMA determines the special tax to be assessed for each property within the CFD. Goodwin Consulting Group has been working with the City for many years and provides a range of services related to the administration of the City's Community Facilities District.
The contracts are for Annexations Numbers 18, 19, and 20. Due to the timing of the annexations, the contracts were prepared separately. Due to an oversight in processing the contracts, the work has already been performed. However, in order to provide payment to Goodwin Consulting, Inc. for their services, the contracts must be in place.
