Confirming City Council Member appointments of designated City Council Representative(s) to various organizations and ad hoc committees.
RECOMMENDATION
City Council - Adopt a motion confirming the Mayor's appointments of designated City Council representatives to various organizations and ad hoc committees.

1. Confirm the appointments as recommend by the Mayor; or
2. Consider other appointments; or
3. Continue action to a future City Council meeting (date to be established by City Council.)
DISCUSSION
The attached listing provides the current City Council designated representative for various organizations and areas of interests. At the Mayor’s discretion, appointments are affirmed by the City Council either annually or bi-annually, as the City has need. As the City Council membership has not changed, the Mayor is recommending maintain the same assignments as previously adopted in 2021.
Ad hoc Committees do not meet regularly but are used based on the direction of the City Council to address specific concerns that arise throughout the year. As such, these assignments are made annually, and meetings held as needed.
