REPORT IN BRIEF
Consider approving the Agreement for Use of City Right-of-Way with owners of the property located at 855 West 15th Street for private improvements that encroach into the City right-of-way on 15th Street.
RECOMMENDATION
City Council - Adopt a motion approving the agreement for use of City right-of-way with the property owners at 855 West 15th Street and authorizing the City Manager or Deputy City Manager to execute the necessary documents.

DISCUSSION
The current owners located at 855 West 15th Street have submitted tenant improvement plans to the City's Building Department. It was discovered during plan review that the existing loading dock and loading ramp were located within the City's Right-of-Way.
