DISCUSSION
During the October 20, 2025, City Council meeting, Council Member Smith’s request to discuss restructuring the Council subcommittees to be more robust and transparent. The request was seconded by Council Member Dupont.
At the December 1, 2025, City Council meeting, Council Member Smith gave a presentation on Council Subcommittee’s and proposed bringing back a draft Council Policy for review and potential approval.
