DISCUSSION
During the November 15, 2021 City Council Meeting, Council discussed decorum and playing voicemails during the public comment period. Mayor Pro Tempore Blake motioned to discontinue playing voicemails during the meeting, instead, treat them similarly to emailed comments received. This would provide for the Clerk’s Office to post all emails and voicemails on the City’s website for public review, and have all emails and voicemails sent to the City Council prior to the meeting. The motioned failed with a 3-3 vote. Mayor Pro Tempore Blake then requested to bring this topic back to the next meeting when all members of the Council would be present.
