Considers the approval of the second amendment to the agreement with Labworks, LLC, for an additional amount of $21,000 and the total contracted amount not to exceed $217,200 to provide additional training and configuration for the LIMS program for the WWTP Water Quality Control Laboratory.
RECOMMENDATION
City Council - Adopt a motion:
A. Approving the second amendment to the professional services agreement with Labworks, LLC, for an amount not to exceed $21,000 for additional training and configuration; and,
B. Authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute the necessary documents.

DISCUSSION
In June 2019, the City Council approved the original contract with Labworks, LLC, for the total amount of $174,200 to provide the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) a laboratory information management system (LIMS). LIMS is a database that tracks water and wastewater monitoring data and electronically exports the data to the State Water Resource Control Board (SWRCB).
