DISCUSSION

On August 7, 2023, Mayor Serratto requested to add a future Business Item related to reinstating the State of the City event.  Additionally, he requested that this discussion be expediated in accordance with City Council Policy C-1.  The City Council granted this request.  The item is returning as directed by the Council.
