AUTHORITY

Pursuant to the authority delegated to the City Manager by Article XI, Section 1109 of the Merced City Charter to execute Public Works contracts under the adjusted 2014 threshold of $61,785.00 and Chapter 3.04.080-3.04.110 of the Merced Municipal Code to execute Non-Public Works contracts under the adjusted 2012 threshold of $28,000.00 on behalf of the City, the contracts listed on the attached table were entered into by the City.
