REPORT IN BRIEF
As part of the public hearing of June 15, 2017 and the subsequent Adoption of the 2015 Urban Water Management Plan, there were several questions from the City Council which resulted in the Council directing Staff to clarify and add certain information to the City's Plan. The Department of Water resources has reviewed the Errata Sheet and has determined that the desired changes were minor and clarifying in nature; thus they could be addressed by creating and approving an errata sheet.

2. Return to staff to review and revise; or,
3. Deny.

AUTHORITY
California Water Code Sections 10610-10656 require that the City provide an updated Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) every five years. Changes can be made to an Adopted UWMP.

CITY COUNCIL PRIORITIES
As provided for in the 2016-17 Adopted Budget.

DISCUSSION
During the Public Hearing for the 2015 Urban Water Management Plan, several questions were addressed and comments made. Council agreed to approve the UWMP with the condition that those items in question requiring further clarification would be revised as necessary and revisited and brought back before Council at a later date.
In reviewing the guidelines for submitting the UWMP and in discussions with the Department of Water Resources, it was determined that the Plan may be corrected or changed at any time. A draft of changes was sent to DWR and they deemed our corrections were minor and clarifying in nature. The DWR advised that these minor corrections to an Adopted UWMP can be made with an errata sheet. The errata sheet of minor corrections is attached for review and approval.
