DISCUSSION

Committee Member Heller requested a discussion on Charter Section 501, 604 and 605 regarding Charter Officers and their duties.  Attached is a redline version of the suggested changes submitted by Committee Member Heller.In the interest of protecting the independence and accountability of Charter Officers and the balance of powers already set forth in the Charter, I am submitting the proposed changes appended here.”
