REPORT IN BRIEF
Considers approving a first amendment with Labworks, LLC, for an additional amount of $22,000 to add a mobile sample log-in module and provide additional training hours as part of the software contract for the LIMS program for the WWTP Water Quality Control Laboratory.

RECOMMENDATION
City Council - Adopt a motion:

A. Approving the first amendment to agreement for professional services with Labworks, LLC, for an additional amount not to exceed $22,000 for a mobile sample log-in module and additional training hours; and,

B. Authorizing the City Manager or the Assistant City Manager to execute the necessary documents.

DISCUSSION
In June 2019, the City Council approved a contract with Labworks, LLC, for the purchase of Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) software for the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Water Quality Control Laboratory.
