DISCUSSION
The City has five bargaining units and four unrepresented groups. The City had initially allocated $100,000 for the purpose of labor relations consulting, labor contract negotiations, and employee related matters. The amount of the bills from Liebert Cassidy Whitmore is set to exceed the original amount budgeted due to unexpected lawsuits from two of the bargaining units. The City is requesting an additional amount to cover the costs incurred due to the pending litigation.
