RECOMMENDATION
City Council - Adopt a motion approving the Memorandum of Understanding and authorizing the City Manager or the Deputy City Manager to execute all necessary documents.

DISCUSSION
The City of Merced Fire Department is requesting the Merced City Council to approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the United States Fish and Wildlife Service and the Merced City Fire Department for the San Luis National Wildlife Refuge Complex. The purpose of the agreement is to coordinate and provide cooperative training and field experience between the US Fish and Wildlife Service and the City of Merced Fire Department.
