DISCUSSION
At the request of the City Council, staff are providing a brief update that includes the monthly activity reports for 2022, 2021 and 2020 along with the contract for services with Environmental Compliance Resources, LLC. The current agreement expires on June 30, 2023. At such time, staff will post a request for proposals from the community to evaluate the delivery of services going forward.
This report allows for the sharing of data as provided by Environmental Compliance Resources, LLC with the City Council and the community.
IMPACT ON CITY RESOURCES
Appropriation to support the Graffiti Abatement Services contract are available in the FY 2022/23 Budget as approved by the City Council.
