REPORT IN BRIEF
The Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Commission Rules of Procedure call for a yearly election of Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson.
RECOMMENDATION
Nominate and elect a Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson with separate motions.

DISCUSSION
The Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson must each be one of the seven voting members on the Commission. Each selection should be made with a nomination and a separate vote of the Commission members present for each office. For a nomination to be valid, it must be accepted by the nominee.
