RECOMMENDATION
Make a motion to reschedule the December 26, 2023 meeting of the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Commission to December 12, 2023 at 4:00 PM.

DISCUSSION
Due to its proximity to the holidays, the December meeting of the Commission is traditionally rescheduled to accommodate scheduling needs of both Commissioners and staff. Staff recommends December 12 as a new date, as it remains on a Tuesday and is less likely to conflict with holiday scheduling, vacations, etc.
