The application is to rename the park Kirk Wright Memorial Playground. The application has been reviewed by the Director of Parks and Community Services for requirements set forth in Administrative Policy A-20 and was found to be compliant with all requirements and without any identifiable conflict of interest. The subcommittee must host this public hearing to hear public comment for or against the application for renaming this playground. If the application is approved the application will go before council to be considered for full adoption.
