An application has been submitted requesting the renaming on the Black Box Theater within the Multicultural Arts Center. Per Administrative Policy A-20, two City Council Members must join the Recreation and Parks Commission to review all written requests before submitting any recommendation to the City Council for final decision on the application for renaming of a facility. Staff are providing this item as a report on the process for information only in anticipation of the need to carry this request onto Council for the identification of the two selected council members to join the commission for the review of the application.
