Citizens believes due to the lack of yield or stop signs at these intersections, motorists drive at a high rate of speed, and they feel West 23rd Street has a higher rate of traffic due to the Amtrak Station. Citizen has concern for the safety of neighborhood children and an increase in traffic due to the Starbucks being developed on the corner of 23rd Street and G.
