RECOMMENDATION
City Council - Adopt a motion:
A. Awarding the R Street Improvements from Loughborough Drive to Buena Vista Drive, Project 119003, to United Pavement Maintenance Inc., in the amount of $1,025,968.00 and,
B. Authorizing the Interim City Manager to execute the necessary documents and to approve change orders not to exceed 10% of the total contract.

DISCUSSION
The work to be done consists of the reconstruction of R Street from Loughborough Drive to approximately 200 feet north of Buena Vista Drive. The reconstruction will consist of cement treatment of the aggregate base and subgrade overlain by four (4) inches of asphalt concrete.
