RECOMMENDATION
City Council - Adopt a motion approving FY 2023/24 Goals and Priorities.

DISCUSSION
On January 25th and 31st and February 9th, the City Council held Town Hall meetings to solicit input from the community regarding the upcoming FY 2023/24 Budget and City workplan. Following the Town Halls, the City Council convened a Strategic Planning Session on February 11th to review and discuss various topics. Attached for City Council consideration are the proposed Goals & Priorities that were identified from the Strategic Planning Session. Once adopted, staff will work to ensure appropriate funding is included in the FY 2032/24 Budget to support the identified projects. The City Manager’s Recommended Budget will be presented to the City Council at its regular meeting on May 15, 2023.
