DISCUSSION
The West end of Fahrens Park is home to the only Disc Golf Course within the City of Merced. Originally designated for 18 holes, the course has grown to 21 holes. The course has become a popular destination, known for its stunning backdrop provided by Black Rascal Creek, Fahrens Creek and one of Merced's several eucalyptus groves. The original amenities organized to support the sport have aged and now require upgrades. Merced County Disc Golf Club has provided a donation proposal to replace the current tee pads with upgraded cement tee pads.
